What we Offer

Breeding

The farm has a dozen mares of its own, split half and half between flat and National Hunt. We sell the flat stock as foals or yearlings and the NH stock are sold as 3-year-olds.

Boarding

We offer both seasonal and permanent boarding facilities for mares of both codes, providing a ‘walk-in’ service to all the major stallion farms in Ireland. We also board youngstock.

Spelling

We offer all-year-round facilities for spelling horses.

Pinhooking

We buy on average 15- 20 NH foals a year to bring on and sell as 3-year-olds and we buy up to 10 flat foals each year with a view to selling them as yearlings.

Consigning

We mainly consign NH stock; including NH foals and mares for clients and then 3-year-olds from the farm and on behalf of clients.

Sales prep and breaking

We ‘prep’ horse for the sales and provide a ‘breaking-in’ service as well.
