A home bred win with Wren’s Breath
Rathmore homebred filly Wren’s Breath wins at Naas. The Henry de Bromhead trained 2YO filly stormed home under Gary Carroll.
Gary said, “I really think she’s a filly that’ll improve again” and “I hit the line and she gallops out very strongly after, she’s a smart filly in the making”. He mentioned the impressiveness of the win considering her inexperience to the rest of the more seasoned field.
By Elzaam, and out of a Darley bred mare, Babylonian, and carefully pretrained at Michael Murphy’s, Longways Stables. The filly showed her true colours after narrowly missing out on her debut run.
With a Listed win and Black Type under her belt, there is more success to come for this filly.
